Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join the Technical Product Support Department. You will help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications, providing clear, timely support to meet customer needs and production requirements.

In addition to collaboration, you will draft estimates and pricing, and create AutoCAD drawings. The role partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure feasible solutions are delivered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or related discipline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
