Job summary

Marvin in Warroad, MN is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support team. You will help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications, providing clear, timely support and practical solutions.

You will prepare pricing, estimates, analyses, and AutoCAD drawings, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions fit production capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions meet production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
