Marvin is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department in Warroad, MN. You will help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications, and provide clear, timely support to meet both customer needs and production requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration and problem-solving, with a focus on AutoCAD learning and cross-functional teamwork across Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
