Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers in manufacturing, industrial products, or related industries.
• Ability to discuss product offerings and recommend solutions.
• Experience entering and managing orders in an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels for timely resolution.
• Assist sales with product information, pricing, lead times, and order status updates.
• Enter, review, and manage customer orders with accuracy through the order lifecycle.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and track opportunities.
