Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative in Houston, TX. You will be the main contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate handling of orders, parts, and requests, using SAP and other systems.

Requires 5+ years in customer service or inside sales within a manufacturing/industrial setting, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding parts, orders, availability, and product inquiries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to fulfill orders and parts accurately and promptly.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders and customer data in SAP.
• Track orders and product information using company systems.
• Resolve order, shipping, inventory, and parts issues with internal teams.
• Maintain high accuracy and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
