Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department. You’ll help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications, providing clear, timely support to meet both customer needs and production requirements.

You’ll succeed if you’re detail-oriented, enjoy tackling unique questions, and collaborate with others to find practical solutions. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with relocation benefits to assist your move to Warroad, MN.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
