Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department in Warroad, MN. You’ll help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications, delivering clear, timely support that aligns customer needs with production constraints.

You will be detail-oriented, enjoy solving unique questions, and collaborate with others to find the best solution. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for joining Marvin.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or related discipline
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training
• Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications
• Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings
• Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities
• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals
• Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals
