Job summary

Western States Equipment Co. in Lewiston, Idaho, seeks a driven sales professional to promote product support services and equipment. You will build lasting customer relationships, assess needs, and present tailored solutions across our service and parts offerings.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills, and a willingness to travel. A high school diploma is required; heavy equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or customer service in industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Driver's license with clean record required.
• Spanish speaking a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Western States product support services and products in assigned territory.
• Contact prospective and current customers by phone and in person to determine needs and present solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of WSECO products and new offerings to advise customers effectively.
• Manage leads, schedule appointments, and track activities using company CRM.
