Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English).
• Valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record, and ability to obtain a Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Manages rental customer calls and walk-in inquiries for equipment requests.
• Recommends specific rental solutions based on client needs and equipment availability.
• Negotiates rental rates and pricing with limited supervision.
• Dispatches Delivery Drivers to pick up and deliver equipment; coordinates maintenance with shop lead.
• Completes tasks independently with limited supervision.
• Utilizes software for agreements, invoicing, transferring equipment, etc.
• Manages all customer complaints and resolutions professionally.
• Assists with safety initiatives and leadership efforts.
