Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of heavy equipment service experience or related tasks.
• Three years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic initiatives for branch growth.
• Prepare annual budgets for parts and service; manage expenses.
• Lead branch to meet budgeted and dealer objectives.
• Coordinate with Product Support Managers and reps for client experience.
• Oversee financial statements and ensure proper accounting in region.
• Maintain consistent client care standards and safety compliance.
• Directs staffing, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
