Western States Equipment Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead parts and service operations in the Lewiston area. You will align with Caterpillar expectations, develop budgets, manage expenses and ensure a high standard of client care across the branch.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional managers, setting goals, mentoring team members, and driving profitability while upholding safety and core values of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years heavy equipment service or related task experience.
• Three years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to communicate in English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Develops, influences and is responsible for annual budgets of assigned branch for parts and service departments.
• Oversees and manages expenses in conjunction with store management.
• Directs parts and service operations to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
• Leads branch to meet budgeted and dealer excellence objectives.
• Collaborates with Product Support Sales to ensure client experience and results.
• Analyzes financial statements and initiates changes as necessary.
