Job summary

Modern Machinery in Washington state seeks a Product Support Sales Representative to maintain coverage, retention, and development of a defined customer group in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish counties.

This role focuses on delivering innovative product support solutions, selling service programs, and using CRM to track customer records while fostering strong communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or service roles is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assigned customers to promote parts and service.
• Develop sales forecasts and business plans for each customer.
• Utilize the company’s CRM system to track and maintain customer records.
• Promote growth and increase sales activity for parts and service.
• Identify new aftermarket sales opportunities and service programs.
• Communicate progress of repairs to customers and coordinate follow-up.
