Job summary

Modern Machinery Co., Inc. is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to cover the Washington state territory (Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish). The role focuses on customer satisfaction, aftermarket growth, and managing service programs within a defined customer base.

The position offers an annual base salary plus monthly commission, with eligibility for a robust benefits package and a strong emphasis on building lasting customer relationships. Exempt status with in-territory travel as needed.

• Grow aftermarket sales and service programs.
• Provide quotes and coordinate machine inspections.
• Communicate repair progress to customers and negotiate disputes.
• Execute short and long-term goals through planning.
