Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4–6 years in semicon industry.
• Last 2 years in a people management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers responding to failed procedures in non-functioning systems.
• Establish and maintain communication with design engineering and software teams.
• Ensure engineers stay current with upgrades and new releases.
• May participate in customer installation and training programs.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel for team efficiency.
• Direct and supervise day-to-day work of direct reports.
• Oversee annual performance management and development processes.
• Develop and mentor high-potential personnel to strengthen the team.
