Job summary

Hawthorne Cat is seeking an Engine Service Supervisor in Waipahu to lead the Service team and drive efficient branch operations. You will coordinate daily service activities, oversee WIP, develop parts sales opportunities, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across the branch.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a CAT Dealer with demonstrated successful ability as a Service Coordinator.
• Must have a valid Drivers License with a good driving record.
• Must have PC skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Must have the ability to multitask and establish priorities.
• Must have the ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Must have an excellent customer service aptitude and proper business etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and service coordination.
• Review timecards, service reports, and WIP to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
• Manage costs by reviewing work orders and schedules, and coordinate credit approvals as needed.
• Enter and organize data, generate work orders, and maintain file documentation.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes.
• Support billing, invoicing, and vendor statement processes as required.
• Lead and evaluate staff, driving branch performance and service metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and corporate policies.
