• Strong knowledge of aftermarket growth, customer retention, and equipment lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Support Advisor team; set expectations and processes.
• Manage a defined territory with regular customer visits and post-sale follow-up.
