Stephenson Equipment, Inc. in McDonald, PA is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to grow aftermarket parts, service, maintenance agreements, and rental-related solutions within the territory.

You will work directly with customers and branch personnel to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and increase aftermarket sales penetration while ensuring equipment uptime and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and grow aftermarket sales.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work independently in a field-based role.
• Experience with National Accounts preferred.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual parts and service sales goals.
• Grow aftermarket parts and service sales in SEI's market.
• Develop service agreements and preventive maintenance participation.
• Serve as customer advocate delivering timely solutions.
• Expand attachment sales and rental revenue opportunities.
• Support rental equipment revenue through service and repairs.
• Coordinate extended warranties and maintenance contracts.
• Build Key Accounts portfolio and relationships.
• Collaborate with branches to align needs and capabilities.
• Partner with marketing to promote parts and services.
• Use tools to identify opportunities; track lost sales.
• Provide feedback and satisfaction initiatives.
• Conduct daily field sales calls in territory.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience maximizing uptime.
