Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. in State College, PA, is seeking a Construction Equipment Product Support Sales Representative to drive growth through existing customer relationships and new account acquisition.

This role blends sales experience with strategic thinking to expand our market share across PA, northern WV, and western MD. You will promote and sell parts, dealer services, and Product Support solutions, manage 50–80 customers, and use DBS/ERP, PTOS, and SIS to track

Qualifications

• College or technical degree preferred; however, minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 3–4 years' related experience.
• Technical English language skills; ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Math ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentiles; computer skills for standard software.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50–80 customer accounts in the assigned territory with proactive coverage.
• Follow up on sales leads and prospect for new customers and revenue sources.
• Sell parts, service, CSAs, MARCs, and other dealer services to customers.
• Counsel customers on EMS to reduce owning and operating costs and negotiate outcomes.
• Use DBS/ERP, PTOS, SIS to manage sales opportunities and maintain customer data.
