Job summary

Gt&e Llc seeks a Product Support Sales Manager who will lead and develop the Customer Support Advisor team while directly managing a defined customer territory. This role serves as a player-coach, maintaining direct customer relationships and accountability for Parts and Service growth, establishing the processes and cadence for the PSSR team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role with aftermarket or sales focus; heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Strong ability to identify profitable Parts and Service opportunities within a defined territory.
• Proven skill in building long-term customer relationships and delivering growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and accountability for the CSA team.
• Establish processes for territory management, customer visits, follow-up, and quotes.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, field ride-alongs, and customer visits to improve performance.
• Identify and promote Parts and Service opportunities, maintenance programs, and warranties.
• Coordinate with Sales and Aftermarket teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment data in dealer systems and provide insights for strategic decisions.
