Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team to own a set of products from end to end, define strategy, and drive growth with cross-functional partners.

You'll analyze data, run zero-to-one experiments, and work with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Implementation, and Marketing to move fast in a high-ambiguity environment, delivering measurable impact for merchants.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of strategy, operations, or product experience.
• Experience taking a product from inception through launch to growth.
• Proficiency in SQL is preferred; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own products end-to-end, set strategy, goals, and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Eng, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.
• Design experiments, build zero-to-one tests, and translate insights into action.
• Represent merchants' voice to inform roadmaps and go-to-market priorities.
• Scale learnings into repeatable frameworks and best practices.
