Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the US Marketplace Strategy & Operations Growth and Markets team. You will own a portfolio of growth initiatives, partnering with product, analytics, marketing, finance, and sales to scale markets and incubate 0–1 experiments.

You’ll analyze data, define bets, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps, collaborating across functions to drive measurable growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a problem-solving role, with preference for 0→1 or early-stage impact.
• Data-driven thinker who can perform own analysis in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and collaborating cross-functionally to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of growth projects within the US Marketplace growth and markets team.
• Partner with product, analytics, marketing, finance, and operations to design and execute experiments.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to ship initiatives and drive measurable impact.
