Honeywell is seeking a Manager, Product Management & Business Development for Industrial Sensing in Richardson, TX. This hybrid role drives growth by shaping product strategies, roadmaps, and customer engagement across global markets.
You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into innovations, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and regional groups to expand opportunities and partnerships.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or related roles.
- 8+ years in developing product strategies and driving growth.
- Experience identifying market opportunities and translating customer needs into product solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to build business cases and value propositions.
- Excellent influencing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as product and market expert; define strategy, portfolio priorities, and growth roadmap; translate requirements into opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Offering Management on new concepts, business cases, investment priorities, and launch strategies.
- Monitor trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and improve positioning and profitability.
- Develop and execute growth strategies; partner with Sales to build account strategies and accelerate growth.
- Establish relationships with strategic customers, OEMs, partners, and institutions; lead engagement from opportunity to win.
