Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Product Support Engineer to deliver expert technical support for sensing products in industrial applications. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Based in Richardson, TX or Houston, TX with a hybrid schedule, you will own troubleshooting, develop documentation, and support cross-functional product development projects while ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product support or engineering roles, in industries like Healthcare, Transportation or Aerospace & Defense.
• Strong knowledge of sensing technologies and product lifecycle support.
• Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for complex products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for sensing products used in industrial applications.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials to support internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve product issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support cross-functional teams on product development projects, providing insights about customers’ needs based on day-to-day interactions with customers.
