The Panther Group is hiring a W2 Contract Product Specialist to support a Roof and Flood Mitigation Resiliency Program for a state government partner.

The role focuses on development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the program, coordinating with internal stakeholders, insurance organizations, construction professionals, and technology vendors to ensure compliant and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equal years’ experience) in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support program implementation, operational setup, and ongoing process improvements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and alignment with program requirements.
• Review training and program materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Manage and review applications to ensure completeness, eligibility, and compliance with program guidelines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on program policies and procedures, providing guidance and answering applicant questions throughout the application lifecycle.
• Coordinate with contractors, evaluators, and external partners to facilitate application reviews and project approvals.
• Monitor applications through all stages of the review and approval process, ensuring timely processing and effective communication with all parties.
• Identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain strong working relationships with bureau resources, insurance partners, construction professionals, and technology vendors to support program success.

Hybrid Requirements

You must live within a 2 hour radius of Gardiner, ME (not open to candidates that would need to relocate). Hybrid in office 2-3 days weekly. Kind Note: This role does NOT permit Visas (H1B, OPT, H4EAD) and does not permit sponsorship now or in the future. We do not support C2C.

Job Overview

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equal years’ experience) in public administration, business administration, finance, emergency management, insurance, public policy, engineering, construction, risk management, or a related field.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $52.00 an hour #INDIT #ZRTECH
