Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. seeks a Product Specialist/BA to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Roof and Flood Mitigation Resiliency Program in Gardiner, Maine. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, insurers, contractors, and evaluators to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equal years experience) in public administration, business administration, finance, emergency management, insurance, public policy, engineering, construction, risk management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support program implementation, operational setup, and ongoing process improvements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and alignment with program requirements.
• Review training and program materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Manage and review applications to ensure completeness, eligibility, and compliance with program guidelines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on program policies and procedures, providing guidance and answering applicant questions throughout the application lifecycle.
• Coordinate with contractors, evaluators, and external partners to facilitate application reviews and project approvals.
• Monitor applications through all stages of the review and approval process, ensuring timely processing and effective communication with all parties.
• Identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain strong working relationships with bureau resources, insurance partners, construction professionals, and technology vendors to support program success.
