Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to serve as a go-to expert for professional contractors and retail customers. This role blends customer service with deep product knowledge to guide material selections, project planning, and design decisions.

In this position, you’ll drive sales through expert consultation, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in-person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
• Able to perform basic math and geometry calculations and convert units.

Responsibilities

• Use Epicor BizTrack to enter orders, take payments, and ensure accuracy.
• Answer incoming calls with a positive, professional tone and ensure customer care.
• Guide customers through orders and help select the right products for their job.
• Schedule deliveries and manage delivery timing.
• Walk customers through the full sales process from quotes to pickup or full project design.
• Learn product lines and provide useful information on Hardscapes, Sod, Artificial Turf, Irrigation & Drainage.
• Restock shelving and maintain a presentable store appearance.
