Job summary

Sinomax USA, Inc. is seeking a Product Sample Coordinator for our La Vergne, TN manufacturing facility. This on-site role supports the full cycle of product samples from order to shipment, with first shift hours 8:00am-5:00pm.

The position requires routine collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Production, and familiarity with SAP. A 4-year degree is preferred but not required; 1-2 years in manufacturing is desirable.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred, not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP system.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure samples are processed timely and meet customer specifications.
• Receive sample requests from sales, verify completeness and accuracy of information.
• Coordinate with Production to schedule samples with minimal production interruption.
• Track samples through the plant and ensure all quality measures are in place.
• Ensure packaging approval and send samples to locations selected by Sales.
• Maintain records of all sample requests and results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
