Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Sample Coordinator to manage the flow of samples for private brands. You will work with Product, Buying, and Design teams to track, log, and distribute samples, ensuring accuracy and timely arrival. Strong operational background and attention to detail are essential.

Key duties include lifecycle management of samples, issue troubleshooting, and maintaining vendor records. A high school diploma is required, with flexibility in working hours based on department needs.

Responsibilities

• Track samples using PLM system and coordinate with OSO and LDP partners.
• Maintain sample logbook and ensure accurate record keeping for private brands.
• Manage full lifecycle of samples: receiving, recording, delivering, and archiving.
• Troubleshoot shipping/logistics issues and communicate resolutions.
• Update vendor database and maintain contact and communication records.
• Coordinate showroom setup and breakdown with teams and vendors.
• Foster strong vendor relationships and timely communications.
• Identify process improvements in sample management across stakeholders.
