Job summary

Sinomax USA, Inc. seeks a Product Sample Coordinator for our La Vergne, TN facility. This on-site role supports the full sample lifecycle from order to shipment, coordinating with Sales, Product Development and Production.

You will verify requests, schedule with Production, and monitor quality and timing, ensuring Sales always knows the sample status and location. Background in manufacturing and SAP helpful.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred, not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP system.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross functionally.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure samples are processed timely and meet customer specifications.
• Receive sample requests from sales and verify completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production to schedule samples with minimal interruption.
• Track the sample through the plant and ensure quality measures are in place.
• Ensure packaging is approved and samples are sent to the location selected by Sales.
• Keep Sales informed of sample status and location throughout processing.
• Maintain records of all sample requests and results.
