Sinomax is "Comfort for the World" – a global manufacturer and distributor of polyurethane comfort products, specializing in memory foam. Our mattresses, pillows, and mattress toppers are sold in more than 10,000 stores worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Production Lead for our La Vergne, TN facility. The role requires working 3:30 pm – 2:00 am Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and maintain production equipment.
• Interpret and translate standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and lead by example.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced work environment and perform basic math as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work overtime, longer days, and some weekends if required.
• Strong understanding of or ability to learn production equipment rapidly.
• Understanding of OSHA and environmental regulations.
