Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support the Product Development/Sourcing team through the product lifecycle. You will coordinate data, manage samples, and help maintain development timelines and product information in company systems.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment at Bass Pro Base Camp on site in Springfield, MO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Design or Business.
• Entry level experience in product development or sourcing preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product data, development timelines and sample management.
• Support vendor communications and invoice processing within department.
• Assist with Centric/PLM style setup including descriptions, attributes and images.
• Prepare reports, maintain files and support departmental projects.
