Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the basic P’s of retail (People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing).
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Coordinate product placement and pricing within the department.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions and selections, and process transactions.
