Canfield Imaging Systems is seeking a Product Reliability Specialist to bridge communications between customers and the engineering team. You will analyze defective products to prevent recurrence and maintain quality throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with strong documentation and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expert skills with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to document technical information.
• Understanding of quality systems.
• Proficient at analytical problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, assign, and allocate returned merchandise authorizations for investigation/repair.
• Collect, analyze, and document findings from investigations.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders for review and prioritization.
• Prescribe action plans based on stakeholder input and project management completion of actions.
• Assist in creating engineering change orders.
• Provide documentation for corrective and preventive actions and support project closure.
• Complete trend analysis of failures for monthly KPIs and ensure failure rates meet goals.
• Compile and analyze failures for bi-annual management reviews.
• Document defects, failures, and results in defect tracker database.
• Liaise with vendors for defective components and communicate technical information to customers.
