Responsibilities

• Serve as quality expert for an assigned product line by analyzing customer comments and product returns to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate product returns and credits.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure products meet quality standards.
