Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Product Quality Analyst to build expertise in assigned product lines, leveraging customer feedback and product insights to uphold high quality standards. You will collaborate with teams and vendors to investigate quality concerns and implement improvements that enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to analyze returns, drive quality initiatives, and support new product and vendor onboarding to ensure products meet Uline’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented with analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Serve as quality expert for an assigned product line and analyze customer comments and returns.
Partner with product managers, vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns.
Work with vendors to facilitate product return and credit processes.
Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure quality standards.
