Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is looking for an Associate Product Quality Analyst in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll serve as the quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and returns to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns, implement solutions, and ensure all products meet Uline’s rigorous quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Uline's quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and product returns to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure all products meet Uline’s quality standards.
