Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks an Associate Product Quality Analyst in Wisconsin. You will analyze customer feedback and product returns, serving as the quality expert for an assigned product line and driving improvements.

You will partner with product managers, vendors, and warehouse teams to implement effective solutions and ensure top quality. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, collaboration, and process improvement to enhance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Serve as Uline's quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and product returns to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process.
Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure all products meet Uline’s quality standards.
