Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. We are seeking an Associate Product Quality Analyst to build expertise in assigned product lines, using customer feedback and product insights to uphold Uline’s high standards.

You will partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to investigate quality concerns, implement solutions and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and returns to enhance quality and satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Work directly with vendors to facilitate product return and credit processes.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure products meet Uline’s quality standards.
