Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Product Quality Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will analyze customer feedback and returns, partner with product managers and vendors, and drive quality improvements across assigned product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and returns to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure all products meet Uline’s quality standards.
