Job summary

BizBone is seeking a Middle Product Owner for the BizBone US Office. You will serve as the liaison between stakeholders and development teams, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. This is a full-time on-site role with rare overtime.

The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree, and strong Agile experience. You will independently prioritize work, facilitate ceremonies, and drive data-driven decisions to maximize

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Experience negotiating requirements and balancing stakeholder needs.
• Strong English communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and objectives.
• Develop clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Negotiate requirements and scope with stakeholders to balance priorities.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders in English on vision and timelines.
• Review and accept completed work against quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, BAs, and QA.
• Manage dependencies and risks impacting delivery timelines or quality.
