Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Jira project management software.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum or SAFe.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into a backlog and communicate them clearly.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and manage the product backlog.
• Prioritize user stories and accept completed work.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Conduct product demonstrations to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and SMEs.
• Ensure quality through testing and QA activities.
• Translate business requirements into a functional development backlog and align work delivery with product strategy.
