OCH Technologies is seeking a Product Owner to support Scrum activities and bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team. You will help prioritize the backlog, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with project goals while applying Agile practices.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on software development experience and strong Agile understanding, with a focus on delivering value in a GovCon environment. This role is hybrid from Sterling, VA or William J.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar Agile role.
• ~2+ years' experience with software development lifecycle.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• PMP Certification advantageous; security clearance required (Secret).

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain team cadence.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Identify and remove roadblocks; escalate when needed.
• Serve as liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
• Monitor velocity, burndown, and cycle time; report progress and risks.
• Support release planning, scope management, and schedule alignment with milestones.
• Develop project documentation (status reports, sprint summaries, lifecycle artifacts).
• Contribute to solution design discussions and evaluate implementation approaches.
