Job summary

BizBone is seeking a Junior Product Owner to support the development and delivery of software products for government projects. You will work with stakeholders, development teams, and end users to define the product vision and maintain the backlog under guidance from senior leaders.

You will gain hands-on experience in agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making, while growing your product management skills on meaningful federal initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with testing and QA practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap to development teams and stakeholders.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog with guidance from senior owners.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Gather user requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from seniors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product delivery.
