Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC is seeking a Product Owner to support a mission-critical modernization program for a DoD customer. This remote role focuses on unifying access, a centralized work surface, and integrating apps into a shared platform, with four gated phases and two-week sprints.

You will own the backlog, define acceptance criteria, engage analysts and end users, translate feedback into prioritized work items, and report on success metrics. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis for enterprise web apps.
• Experience delivering solutions to federal government customers in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated experience conducting usability sessions and translating findings into prioritized enhancements.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog across four customer-gated phases.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and phase-exit deliverables.
• Lead ongoing user engagement with analysts, industry users, and the public to gather needs and feedback.
• Translate user feedback into prioritized backlog items.
• Track and report on success metrics established with the customer.
