Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Absence Management and Benefits.
• Experience in business process optimization within HR systems.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Analyst in Absence & Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the features backlog for Absence Management & Benefits solutions.
• Collaborate with business process owners to lead design and deployment of new features.
• Develop test plans and validate converted data during implementation.
