IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect (Benefits/Absence/Talent Management/Payroll) to join our team. This is a full-time role that can sit anywhere in the United States.

You will provide technical oversight and collaborate with clients to ensure successful Oracle HCM implementations. The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of consulting experience across multiple Oracle HCM modules, with hands-on expertise in HDL Conversions, HSDL Loads, and BPM/workflow rules.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7-10+ years of consulting in the implementation of Oracle HCM across multiple clients and solution offerings.

Responsabilités

• Provides technical oversight for estimates and statements of work using standard tools and industry techniques.
• Supports engagements with portfolio knowledge to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Acts as a technical interface to the client and develops opportunities with positive financial outcomes.
• Builds quality solutions and advises on Oracle templates, designs, and implementation approaches.
• Identifies opportunities for new or follow-on business and creates change orders.
• Contributes to project plans and work breakdown structures.
• Develops solution design models using standard modeling languages and AST toolset.
• Collaborates with client staff during requirements and implementation to resolve issues.
• Maintains and reports on implementation status, risks, estimates, and schedules.
• Performs proposal assistance, design reviews, risk analysis, and client presentations.
