Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive HR systems initiatives across Oracle, UKG, and ServiceNow. You will manage the backlog, translate requirements into technical designs, and lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, create user stories, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business goals and quality standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or Information Technology, or six (6+) years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal clients and product teams to define solutions for HR Systems.
Translate business requirements into technical specs and designs.
Create and manage the product backlog and prioritize features.
Develop and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria.
Oversee all stages of product development from design to delivery.
Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of applications.
Communicate business value and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Lead SCRUM ceremonies and ensure Agile adherence.
Analyze data and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends and propose enhancements.
