Job summary

Inizio Partners Corp is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Functional Lead for a long-term engagement in Chicago, IL. Immediate start preferred.

You will drive Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll integration projects within Oracle HCM Cloud, lead workshops, map business requirements, and design scalable functional solutions. The engagement is 50% onsite and 50% remote; travel expenses are covered for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on with Oracle Cloud Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll integration.
• Strong cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules and leading client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and design functional solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementations including configuration, testing, data validation, UAT, and production support.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Functional Lead for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll integration.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
  • Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
  • Oracle Cloud Absence Management
  • Integration of Time and Absence with Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience leading client workshops, gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementations.
• Strong understanding of configuration, testing, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior K-12 education industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with public sector or educational institutions is a plus.

Engagement Details

• Duration: Through July 2027, with potential extensions based on performance.
• Location: Chicago, IL. 50% onsite and 50% remote. Expenses will be paid for Onsite travel.
• Start Date: Immediate / ASAP.
