IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Absence/OTL Lead to deliver advisory and implementation support for ABM/OTL in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role emphasizes functional leadership, design workshops and collaboration with clients across the United States.

The candidate will travel during critical project phases and work with core HR, Absence Management, OTL and related modules, guiding the client through best practices and integration considerations within the Fusion Cloud

Formación

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud ABM/OTL in a client-facing setting.
• Proven track record delivering full lifecycle HCM Cloud projects including requirements, design, config, testing and cutover.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, Core HR, Compensation and Benefits Cloud modules.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor for Oracle HCM Cloud ABM/OTL implementations.
• Lead design workshops, gap analyses and translate business requirements into configurations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage testing events and data conversions.
