Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to help scale reliability, performance, and impact for TikTok’s U.S. ecosystem. You will wear many hats across product areas, defining roadmaps and collaborating with ML, data science, and engineering teams.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, design KPIs, run A/B tests, and coordinate with regional teams while ensuring privacy, security, and regulatory compliance in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management for consumer-facing social media, mobile or SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills to drive product decisions with data.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for the US in multiple business areas.
• Architect and implement product systems, including user-facing products, operational tooling and machine learning.
• Have a deep understanding of machine learning model development and measurement to partner with ML/Algo teams.
• Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives around user research, product ideation, KPI design, A/B testing and go-to-market.
• Define the long-term product roadmap and OKRs; collaborate with partner teams on product, technical, and privacy decisions.
• Ensure our products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal and security requirements.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly changing environment.
• Work with global teams across multiple regions, time zones, languages; open to domestic and international travel.
